Apartment prices per day for 2 adults, from €106 / €163
Plus tourist tax and final cleaning.
(Heating costs according to meter).
Minimum length of stay!
Pre- and post-season from 4 nights.
High season from 6 nights.
Off-season prices apply from the 37th calendar week onwards.
Child discount: Children up to 7 years old stay free in their parents' apartment.
Each additional adult in the apartment costs €30 per night.
Arrival possible from 3:00 PM

10:00 AM, thank you very much!Guest changeover takes place on Saturdays or Sundays; during the week
upon request!To guarantee all guests a relaxing holiday, generally NO visitors are allowed.
We ask for your understanding.A "late check out" is also not possible due to the apartment layout.
Due to space limitations, boats cannot be brought along!
For confirmed bookings, the Austrian hotel contract terms and conditions apply.
In case of emergency and for your own safety, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance !
